Do we need a technical background to work with you? +
No. We start by sitting with whoever does the work and asking straightforward questions. Technical decisions are handled on our side and explained in plain language. Your team does not need to know how AI works — only whether it helps.
How long before we see something working? +
The Process Discovery takes about one to two weeks and delivers a written assessment. If you move to Assistant Integration, the helper is live within four to five weeks of sign-off. We do not rush this, because rushing is how AI projects cause more work than they save.
What if the assessment says AI is not the right fit for us? +
Then that is what the assessment will say. The Process Discovery is priced as a standalone piece of work precisely so you can get an honest picture without committing to anything further. We would rather tell you the truth early than take on a project that will not serve you well.
Will our data be sent to outside servers? +
We discuss data handling in detail during the discovery phase. Depending on your requirements we can work with on-premises options, regional providers, or carefully scoped cloud services. You know exactly where your information goes before anything is built.
Can we pause or stop the Sustained Support Plan? +
Yes. The support plan runs month to month. If your circumstances change, you give us one month's notice and we hand over documentation so your team can manage things independently. There is no lock-in.
Do you work with businesses outside Chiang Mai? +
Yes. While we are based in Chiang Mai, we work with organisations across Thailand. Discovery sessions can be conducted remotely or in person depending on what works for your team. We travel for integration projects when an on-site presence genuinely adds value.
